Abstract

*Presentation of Image sector of the Universidade de São Paulo (campus Ribeirão Preto) University Hospital to the visiting professor. *Seminar to the physicians and scientists about some of Hall's clinic research (breast elastography, cervix elastography). *Support the development of Ultrasound Elastographic protocols for clinical applications. In this case we are involving projects in collaboration with the University Hospital - Medical Image sector. *Discussions for future projects involving the University Hospital of Universidade de São Paulo and University of Wisconsin. *Discussion about a scientific paper being developed in collaboration.*Be part of the committee in Theo Zeferino Pavan defense. Part of this PhD student work was developed in Hall's Laboratory at the University of Wisconsin. *Discussion of projects involving our Group and the Ultrasound Laboratory of the University of Wisconsin. These projects are mostly related to biological tissue characterization via Ultrasound techniques. *Present a seminar in the weekly meeting of the Medical Physics graduate program and a seminar in our group meeting. The presentation will be related to Elastography technology. *Evaluate the development of the studies involving Elastography and support the use of an Ultrasound machine with a research package built in. *Short course (6 hours) to our group regarding Ultrasound data acquisition and processing to be used in Elastography procedures.
