Abstract

The project "Under the Sign of Janus", establish a dialogue in which tradition and modernity are two sides of a coin, an experience that brings events and artistic practices with the mask, understood as a body in motion. Aims to study drama, body and mask sewn by “Bumba-meu-boi, Cavalo marinho” and the matrices derived from Jacques Lecoq. The concept of dramaturgy involves the action linked to (re)representation, which brings elements of performance art, encompassing time, space, object and body. (AU)
