Abstract

The purpose of this project is to use the "Reserve for Technical Infrastructure Institutional Research" to improve the work conditions of the graduate students of the Institute of Mathematics and Statistics of USP. This budgetary support will directly benefit the projects supported by FAPESP which generated the value of technical reserves. It should be noted that the graduate programs of the IME-USP are well evaluated by CAPES: (i) Program in Statistics - grade 7; (ii) Program in Mathematics - grade 6; (iii) Program in Computer Science - grade 5; and (iv) Program in Applied Mathematics - grade 5. The IME-USP also hosts the Interdisciplinary program in Bio-informatics (grade 5 by CAPES). (AU)
