Abstract

The Center for Agricultural Sciences (CCA) have made a public Edital for proposals submission of the Institutional Technical Founding of FAPESP. This Edital was approved and ratified at a regular reunion of the members of the Centre (25th R.O) on April 27, 2012. After the candidates had one month for their projects submission. The proposals were analyzed mainly by considering the scientific merit. The analysis was performed by the professors of the CCA appointed by the Centre own advice. The selected proposals were: 1st Proposal: Extension and repair of the weather station of the CCA/UFSCar; 2nd Proposal: Acquisition of Laminar Flow Cabinet for Laboratory of Polymeric Materials and biosorbents (Lab-MBP/CCA); 3rd Proposal: Importance of pollinators and seed dispersers in the maintenance of plant fragments and interactions with the surrounding agricultural environment; 4th Proposal: Richness and diversity of bats State Park Vassununga With this financial support four research groups will be benefit and theirs infrastructure will be improve and this direct drive the development of research on campus. This founding will supply professors who are in the institution less than five years and will assist the implementation of their respective research lines. (AU)
