The training of administrators of Public Policies of Education: from macro to micro

Abstract

This project The training of administrators of Public Policies of Education: from macro to micro integrates three research projects of individual initiative and seeking to understand the demands put to the school in democratic societies. They had as their origin, the following themes: Planning education - systems and networks, coordinated by Professor Militão Jair da Silva, Director of schools, coordinated by Professor João Gualberto de Carvalho Meneses; Inclusion concrete school, as advocates on National Legislation International and coordinated by Professor Edileine Vieira Machado. The choice to integrate into a single Project developments of individual research in progress is to comprehend that they flow into a common path with a view to consideration that the crucial point is to train professionals able to manage education at the macro level, meso and micro. This training, by definition, occurs in agencies that house the three specialties that operate in the same field school and are under the aegis of the same legislation that meets the education professionals. In addition to the thematic and conceptual links between individual projects articulated here, the possibility of potentiate of research resources was also taken into account when drafting the proposal.
