Abstract

The proposed publication is the result of research in the Master of Arts program at Unicamp completed in 2005 by researcher Samira de Souza Brandão Borovik, being guided by Prof.ª Dra. Regina Aparecida Polo Muller. Is the description of the initiation process in performance and shamanism in creating the play Ka Scene “Zaum of Velimir Khlebnikov”, from the point of view of the. Staged by Renato Cohen in 1998, during graduation in drama studies at Unicamp, the play was rich in the process of actor training in ritual and performance. He analyzed the figure of the great scholar and director of performance in Brazil Cohen (1956-2003). Some themes are extremely important in describing the creative process such as psychophysical training, bodyart, shamanism and flow in contemporary acting. The academic orientation was, started in 2002 by Cohen himself, with whom the researcher worked the time. (AU)
