Abstract

Our collaboration with professor Brolo started in early 2007, in his sabbatical year, and it remains until the present date. His research interests are centered in the plasmonic field, which contains SERS research as a branch. Professor Brolo will stay in our lab for one and a half month starting in June 5th, 2014. Several research projects currently in progress will be benefited with Professor Brolo's knowledge and scientific vision. Currently Doctors Diego Pereira dos Santos (FAPESP process number 2012/18894-5), Michele Lemos de Souza (FAPESP process number 2013/10831-7) and Jonnatan Julival dos Santos (FAPESP process number 2013/21004-4), and the graduate students Klester dos Santos Souza (FAPESP process number 2011/17923-9), Vinícius Marques da Silva and Evandro Ivanov (CNPq fellowships) have employed the SERS technique in their projects.
