Abstract

The goal of this project is to investigate an autonomous impulsive system proposed as a model of drugs absorption by living organisms consisted of a linear differential delay equation subject to an impulsive self-support condition satisfying an initial condition. We pretend to obtain a representation of the general solution in terms of the fundamental solution of the differential delay equation. We will prove that the impulsive self-support generates periodic auto-oscillations given by fixed points of a first return map. Finally, we will investigate the existence of periodic solutions of a nonlinear version of the impulsive system. (AU)
