Abstract

The goal of this research is the development of basic text for guidance for studies of the relationship between Law and Religion in Brazil from the legal and social perspective. As investigative theoretical bases will become the founding elements of the method of the complexity of Edgard Morin, associated with the sociology of the legal field of Pierre Bourdieu and the Sociology of Absences and Emergencies of Boaventura Sousa Santos. In the field of methodological procedures, the research will focus: 1). in explanation of the religious legal order under the National Law; 2) on the approach of the specific rights of the principal expressions religious existing in Brazil; 3) jurisprudential advances in Comparative Law about religious matter. As a main result, it is expected to produce reference work with contribution of researchers specialized from Brazil and perhaps other countries. (AU)
