Abstract

Water production system in laboratories must meet the different demands in relation to the degree of purity and quantity of purified water. Several analytical methods require different degrees of purity, ranging from pure water to ultrapure water. There are several alternatives to meet the demand of ultrapure water in laboratories; among these alternatives, there is the option of purchasing commercial suppliers, which is only economically viable when the demand for the product is very low. The histology is the tool to access the specific knowledge of the microscopic organization of organs, microscopic Anatomy, which is essential to understand the histopathology and complete a diagnosis. This equipment will be used to obtain histological cuts aimed at assessment of injuries. This technique is called srtx s6b. Microtomes are modern equipment that require little maintenance, are robust and allow obtaining cuts with at least 3-4 µm thickness, required to the histological /histopathology examination. (AU)
