Abstract

The Dean of Graduate Studies is responsible for the present proposal. Its target is the actualization of the research equipment assigned to a laboratory currently used by over twenty graduate programs located at the building. The new laboratory will hold up to twenty people and will be equipped with computers, internet access, projectors, tv and other equipment that will allow collective access to data and software. The laboratory will also allow interaction with researches trough remote Internet connections. FAPESP will contribute with resources for equipment and wiring. The University will support the project with necessary remodeling and the expenses to maintain the laboratory. (AU)
