Abstract

The candidate shall study several problems related to the formulation of a Donaldson-Thomas-type theory for instanton moduli spaces over 7-dimensional G2-manifolds. In particular, one considers instantons over the compact G2-manifolds obtained by the twisted connected sum procedure, proposed by Donaldson and developed by Kovalev and Corti-0Haskins-Nordström-Pacini.
