Abstract

Virtangio is a unique device developed in Switzerland and carries out post-mortem angiography coupled computed tomography. PISA Project, image platform in autopsy room (www.pisa.hc.fm.usp.br) already has a functioning CT scanner. This Virtangio device will be coupled to this CT and will be used in postmortem studies aimed at establishing by the study of the autopsies the influence of environmental exposure in SP the outcome of chronic diseases.
