Abstract

The altered expression of microRNAs (miRNAs) has been recently described in patients with Chronic Rhinosinusitis and other inflammatory diseases in airways, such as asthma. However, the correct relationship between distorted miRNA expression and altered production of proteins (anti-inflammatory either pro-inflammatory) in Chronic Rhinosinusitis is poorly understood. This study aims to evaluate the possible relationship of miRNAs in physiopathology of Chronic Rhinosinusitis. (AU)
