Abstract

This project's objective is to approach and articulate academic initiatives of study and research on the dissemination of knowledge and professional from Urbanism between the Americas and Europe in the first half of the 20th century. Its main focus is the research on the discussions at a crucial period for the consolidation of the professional field of the Urbanism, not only in Brazil. The project will be developed through the exchange with a professor and researcher Angelo Bertoni, from the Temps, Espaces, Langages, Europe Méridionale - Méditerranée (TELEMME), linked to the Maison des Sciences de l' Méditerranéenne Homme , Aix- Marseille Universit, and Université e Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique-CNRS, who will act as a guest researcher at the Centro Interdisciplinar de Estudos sobre a Cidade (CIEC) - IFCH/Unicamp.
