Abstract
The objective of this study is to evaluate the effect of the rootstock and the conduction system in phenology, production and post-harvest quality grape varieties for wine and juice grown in Botucatu, São Manuel, Jundiaí and Votuporanga, SP. From August 2015 to July 2017 will be conducted four experiments. Experiments to be realized in San Manuel: performance of wine's grape cultivars BRS Violeta, BRS Carmem, BRS Cora and Bordô grafted on rootstocks IAC 572 (experiment 1). Experiments to be realized in Botucatu: performance of wine's grape cultivars BRS Violeta, BRS Carmen and Isabel conducted for high and low espalier (experiment 2). Experiments to be realized in Jundiaí: behavior of grape varieties for wine or juice Isabel, Bordô, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Syrah, Sauvignon Blanc, IAC 138-22 Máximo, IAC 116-31 Rainha, IAC 21-14 Madalena, BRS Lorena e BRS Violeta grafted on rootstocks IAC 766 'and' Ripária the Traviú 'in espalier conduction system low and high trellis (Experiment 3). Experiments to be realized in in Votuporanga: performance of wine's or juice grape cultivars IAC 138-22 Máximo, BRS Violet, Carmen BRS, BRS Cora and Isabel precoce grafted on rootstocks IAC 766 and IAC 572 (experiment 4). Production pruning will be held in March 2015 and March 2016, being evaluated in two cycles the phenological stages, calculated in days between pruning and the stages of cotton bud, budding, inflorescence emergence, flowering early ripening berries and harvesting. The following variables will be evaluated thermal requirement visor sum of degree days and at harvest will be evaluated: number of bunches per plant, productivity; fresh weight, length and width of clusters, berries and stems; number of berries per cluster; ratio fresh weight of stems/fresh bunch mass, ratio length/width of berries; number of seeds per berry, fresh weight of seeds per berry and fresh weight ratio of seeds per berry/fresh weight of berries. The must will be evaluated for soluble solids (SS), titratable acidity (TA), SS/TA ratio, pH, ascorbic acid content and reducing sugars. The grapes will be evaluated further for the levels of total polyphenols, total flavonoids, anthocyanins and antioxidant activity by DPPH and FRAP methods. By liquid chromatography HPLC will be identified and quantified the main flavonols and phenolic compounds evaluated in grapes The data will be submitted to analysis of variance and means will be compared by Tukey test (p d 0.05) (AU)
