Abstract

During his 10-day visit to Brazil, Professor David Held will act as adviser to three research projects: "Democratic Deficit of Global Governance and Citizenship Foundations in Latin America", "Democracy Models according to David Held" and "Law and Democracy in European Integration". The work plan will primarily host the FCHS/UNESP - Franca, but also will develop activities at USP Law School and the Fernando Henrique Cardoso Institute, including: work meetings, research supervision meeting, dialogue with research groups, participation in debate and roundtable, workshop with researchers, teaching in postgraduate, conferences and discussion about cooperation in research.
