Abstract

Actives microencapsulation is a technique widely used in the fields of pharmaceutical, food and cosmetics and has great importance in improving the stability, decreased oxidation of substances, moisture protection, reducing damage caused by light and aroma protection. Thus, the main objective of this project is the development of microcapsules with natural assets that already has a proven action as pesticides and can be used in organic agriculture. At this stage one, the microcapsules are produced at laboratory level using the methodology of the spray dryer and evaluated by physicochemical methods and bioassays, to prove its efficiency. (AU)
