Abstract

The Prof. Campillo visit will allow the development of a new work proposal to identify OGA inhibitors, an important target involved in Alzheimer's disease, using libraries of compounds from the visitor's Research Institute, CSIC. The results will allow the Brazilian group to continue the project, such as the synthesis of derivatives previously identified by screening and biological assays. (AU)
