Abstract

Institute of Physics, University of São Paulo develop research activities in almost all subareas physics. The ifusp pioneer in brazil in research activities in experimental physics, also has a huge park instrumental, installed over 40 years of its existence. The USP and, in particular, FAPESP (through their programs supporting infrastructure research) has allowed some steps of modernization. However, a lack of institutional support programs have prevented the implementation of scientific policy. This project, from technical reserves, has that purpose. (AU)
