Abstract

In this project mesoporous silica will be synthesized to encapsulate antigens, insulin, and polyaniline (PAni). Nitrilic rubber will be mixed with silica and PAni by mechanical milling. The external computer control of a pressure cell will be performed, in order analyze in-situ Small Angle X-ray Scattering (SAXS) data of the compounds under pressure inside the silica matrix. The morphological properties will also be analyzed by Nitrogen Adsorption Isotherm (NAI). (AU)
