Abstract

The aim of this research project is to develop a strategy to structure the management and Unifesp technology transfer activities in their NIT. This strategy will build on the evaluation and observation of management practices and methodologies that are adopted in TTOs abroad. The institution selected abroad to carry out the partnership in this project and facilitate the Intemship abroad was the Technology Transfer Office - The Innovation Gateway - University of Georgia (UGA), based in Athens. The Office has been established as one of the references in TT in the US, placing among the top 10 of US universities with regard to performance in licensing and other forms of TT for the eighth consecutive year. The expected results of this research project are the implementation of a strategy for structuring the transfer activities of Unifesp technologies for the productive sector in the pursuit of successful cases with the role of the NIT in this process to greater awareness and dissemination in the academic community.
