Abstract

The project seeks to develop the manufacturing process of three-dimensional multilayer fabric, and start marketing. In the manufacturing stage, the whole production process is searched until a stable condition which makes the process and at the same time, competitive. Once found this condition, we will start the production of tissue samples of three-dimensionals multilayer fabric (TMT) with aramid fiber for disclosure and product field trials. Produced samples, we will production process that TMT on an industrial scale for sale. With the finished samples, we will develop the impregnation process and the production of composites using three-dimensionals woven aramid fiber. Both tissues such as composites produced will be characterized and certified by a body or entity recognized by the aeronautical and defense markets. Carried production using aramid fiber, we repeat the process for the carbon fiber. As developed three-dimensional multilayer fabrics are innovative and novel products in Brazil, which, though still little known by the markets, are being sought by companies in the aviation industry and defense. The strategy to be used for the placement of such products in the aeronautical and defense markets, will be held in three different fronts, but not exclusive: - Participation as an exhibitor and speaker at fairs and scientific congresses - Effective partnerships with distributors and representation of reinforcements and engineered materials for composite - Visit and sending samples to customers pottenciais identified at fairs / congresses and by partner companies.
