Abstract
At the meeting of the Congregation of the Faculty of Food Engineering it was exposed the project "Portion of the Technical Reserve for Costs of Institutional Infrastructure for research" - FAPESP - year 2016, amounting to R$ 75.130,00 and relating to the projects of the year 2015, according to the following requirements: EQUIPMENTS FOR THE LABORATORY OF CENTRAL SUPPORT; the acquisitions of equipments suggested in the table are for infra-structure support of analysis to be performed using other larger equipments, which have already been acquired. These devices will support preparation of samples and other analyzes. (AU)
