Abstract

This project aims to provide improvements in the infrastructure of several research laboratories in the areas of Biotechnology, Environmental Sciences, Chemical and Materials Engineering, as well as to adapt the internet network of the whole Engineering School, whose quality has been deteriorated during last years.The following labs will be supported in this project:i) Metallography Laboratory,ii) Multi-user Biotechnology Laboratory,iii) Laboratory of Processes and Industrial Waste,iv) Laboratory of Photochemistry and Functional Materials,iv) Laboratory of New Materials,vi) Laboratory of Catalysis,vii) Laboratory of Applied Thermodynamics,viii) Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Laboratory, andix) Several School Research Buildings.
