Abstract

Codas - ISSN 2317-1782 is a scientific publication of the Brazilian Speech, Language and Hearing Society, continued the Journal of the Brazilian Speech, Language ande Hearing Society (JSBFa). It is available every two months in order to disseminate scientific production on relevant themes of Sciences and Communication Disorders - Language, Audiology, Speech, Orofacial Motricity, dysphagia, Community Health Speech Therapy and related areas. It is an open access journal, with the possibility of partial reproduction of articles, provided the source is mentioned. Codas is characterized as the most important general journal of the Brazilian Speech because it includes articles from various areas of this science, most of them resulting from research linked to masters and doctoral projects. The systematic increase in the number of citations shows the prestige this publication at Brazilian researchers. In 2014, the journal has published 87 articles and received 1211 citations. (AU)
