Abstract
This project aims to develop a high-precision leveling measurement device for both vertical and slope digitalization. The first practical application of this sensor will be attending the specifications outlined by the synchrotron accelerator at the Sirius project. For there to be a satisfactory operation of the ring it is necessary an alignment of light beams with high precision. But there are terrestrial phenomena that are beyond human ability to control and they interfere in the results and operation of the synchrotron. As an example the earth tide, which causes deformations of up to 40cm in planetary body and that result from interaction with the earth's gravitational celestial bodies. The precision settlement monitoring system will help to indicate corrections needed to achieve the goal of emittance value of 0,28nm. Another motivation for the development of these devices is easily found in the segments of civil engineering, such as the monitoring of buildings, bridges, tunnels, hydroelectric power plants, nuclear plants, aerospace industry.
