Abstract
This research project aims at combining the results obtained by inductively coupled optical emission spectrometry (ICP OES) and laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) for the analysis of various types of samples, such as electronic waste (batteries, polymers and electronic circuits) food (juices and fortified food), mineral supplements and also liquid samples that are difficult to prepare (oil and honey, for example). These samples have environmental and agro-industrial importance and the results will bring new information about their composition, as well as the generation methods with minimal or no sample preparation. In addition, chemometric tools for better understanding of the results and data processing will be used. (AU)
