Abstract

The aim of this innovative research project is to study the development of an online proprietary intelligent platform for precision farming (cattle, buffalo, and sheep), through the integration of software, hardware, and data analysis in order to optimize productivity and increase the profitability of extensive farming. In addition, the platform helps in the fight against cattle theft.The Chipsafer platform will provide information, improve food security and bring unprecedented transparency to the meat chain production and consumption, enabling well informed and healthier decisions of conscious consumption and of responsible investment (SRI).
