Abstract

The plan application Annual Reserve Parcel Technical Institutional DDD / APTA, referring to the 2017 research the financing values, under the aegis of the institution will be allocated to the action of the investment completion Programmatic Budget 1165 - Modernization of the units Research Regional program 1380 SAA / SP for generating and Knowledge Transfer Technology and Agribusiness, present in the Multi-Year Plan 2016-2019 of the São Paulo State Government. This budgetary action is taken by DDD / APTA / SAA / SP, which aims to link the 33 units under its coordination and meet the following objectives: implement the regional action research while respecting the specificities of the Paulista territory, promote interaction between local programming (Regional) and Research Institutes of APTA; and promote the transfer of knowledge to regional agribusiness. The budget Action 5 - Modernisation of Regional Research Units provides for the adjustment of the structure of regional research units APTA to meet the different realities of production chains 14 regions Paulista. Promoting Sustainable Development through Technology Generation and Transfer, specialized services and production of strategic inputs. Its purpose is focused on stimulate the Polo Regional Research, consolidating them into mutidisciplinares units and integrating them into society to improve the generation and transfer of technology directed the need for regional production chain, contributing to the reduction of social gap between city and rural region. The Institutional Technical Reserve portion of the APTA will be invested in the installation of Modernization for intensive search of regional poles of Paraiba Valley (Pindamonhangaba), South Centre (Piracicaba), Central East (Ribeirão Preto), High Sorocabana (Presidente Prudente), North Central (Pindorama), and other regions such as Bauru and Pirassununga.
