Abstract

The main purpose of this proposal is build up recent developments by the applicants and their collaborators, namely on three aspects a) development of sensitive and selective DNA aptamer-based electrochemical capacitive sensors, in particular for cancer diagnosis, b) development of e capacitance spectroscopy method capable of providing sensitive direct biomolecular quantification: c) developments of electrochemical sensors and microfluidics on PCBs in a cost-efficient way.
