The professional development teachers and the physics teaching

Abstract

This project is related to the area of research in teacher training and aim to join two important themes: the teaching of Physics and the teacher professional development. The questions of the research are: How physics teachers recognize their perspective of teaching action at school, considering their training?, There are means to the continuity of training, in particular area? Which? How are they? Where the acceptance of these means? What, in fact, seek professors in the area of teaching of Physics, aiming at the improvement of their formation and their practice? How physics teachers in training perceive their future action? What can we say of initial formation processes? The research participants will be teachers in initial training and permanent education teachers who accept compose the research, presenting and producing data that can be analyzed in the light of language. It is believed that the knowledge more intersubjective contributes significantly to learn about the reality that experiences the professor. This will allow more critical reflections about the widespread belief in teaching and school failure. The research is of a qualitative nature and the analysis of the material will occur from the ideas of Bakhtin, about the enunciation and the dialogism and the data used in the research are based on material produced in the classroom, interviews and questionnaires with students and teachers.
