Abstract

This collaborative project is focused in the area of fabrication and characterization of nanotextured black-Si, graphene and graphene composites. The aim is to establish a collaborative framework in order to investigate, through experimental and theoretical analysis, nanotextured materials thermal, electrical and mechanical properties, heat transport and sensing capabilities.
