Abstract
This is an epidemiological, transversal, descriptive, and quantitative approach whose objectives are: to measure Burnout syndrome, work satisfaction, organizational climate, presenteism and resilience; To verify the respective relationship between these variables, in nursing workers from Portugal, Brazil and Spain, as well as to elaborate intervention proposals to improve working conditions. Data collection will be carried out in hospital and primary care institutions, from the respective contexts, through the instruments: Maslach Burnout Inventory, Work Satisfaction Questionnaire, Organizational Climate Scale for Health Organizations, Stanford Presenteeism, and Resillience Scale . The quantitative data will be coded in Microsoft Excel spreadsheet and submitted to descriptive and analytical statistical analysis. The elaboration of intervention proposals will be directed to the different contexts, with a view to the reduction of accidents, work related diseases in nursing workers. (AU)
