Abstract

This research objective is to describe and to understand educational processes living by Assessors for Black Community Subjects, at State of São Paulo Secretariat of the Education, when practising their activities. The research intend to present their trajectory throught the fight for education to back people, as well as to all Brazilians. It intends, also, to show their work on developing, carring out and evaluating policies adressed, both, to the fight against racism and to the recognition of African and afrodescendents contributions for all Brazilian nation.
