Abstract

Few researches have been performed for determining the bacteria involved in deciduous teeth with pulpy necrosis and periapical infection. Microorganisms involved in these infections are not easily cultivated and it justify the use of molecular techniques for studying that microbiota to know better the involved agents and to take a better therapeutic orientation. One hundred deciduous teeth with caries will be analyzed with or none presence of fistula. For each clinical sample will be made a stain by Gram and Brenn & Brown methods to determine the microbial morphotypes and the PCR based in the 16S rDNA will also be used. Moreover, in the positive samples to bacteria, will be detect genes involved with the antimicrobial resistance: ermA (erythromycin and lincomicin), tetQ and tetW (tetracycline), and cfxA ( beta lactamase production).
