Abstract

The limitation of the board to be legitimate as spaces for democratic decision-making and implementing and monitoring public policies must link with the dynamic macro-political and contextual issues surrounding the culture of democracy and participation, but also the communicative management of knowledge that deliberative public sphere. This project proposes research into the dynamics of communication in public policy advice from the benchmarks proposed by the management of communication and knowledge, trying to understand and investigate its relation to the strengthening of these spaces of participation in relation to the management of public policy and democratization of local participation, from literature and a case study involving the board in order to raise the scenery and the possibilities offered for the management of communication in these spaces making in dialogue with their effectiveness discussed.
