Abstract

The proposed research presented herein is based on the purpose of discussing, in a post-redemocratization institutional and reopening of political participation of civil society, the recruitment of political and religious leaders and conformation of the basic religious / election of the Universal Church of the Kingdom of God, within a context riddled with dialogue with the foundations of social thought in Brazil and its reverberations in the political and social theory produced in recent years to search from a large and heterogeneous group of researchers, evolve the rule of objectivity and methodological rigor of modern epistemology of Social Science to recognize the valuable contribution of social thought as a key element in understanding the intricate relationship between the delay and the formation of modern political culture in Brazil.
