Abstract

Present the proposal of research has objective central office to research the effects of the calls "practical official acts" on the educational ones in the institutions of education of the State of São Paulo. For in such a way, it is intended to analyze the extension of the interference of the norms on the behaviors of the actors of the school institution, its action and on the reflective good sense that informs such actions. Therefore, inserted in the scope of the sociology of the education, this research assumes as research object the relations of being able existing in the education system, over all with respect to the relation of subject of the educational institutions with the set of norms and the prescriptions produced (daily) in the scope of the State; as well as the effects of this relation for the definition of practical and the priorities of these institutions. The aims of this project are: (i) to analyze would carry, resolutions, laws and published decrees related to the educational area in Official Gazette of the State of São Paulo enter the years of 2007 and 2008, without express revocation; (ii) to observe the daily school and the action of professors and managers, trying to identify where measured the normative rules they influence on its action, understood as reflective action, from two state schools of Fundamental Education - Cycle II and Average Education (jurisdicionadas to the two Directions of Education of distinct the Metropolitan Region of the Great São Paulo); (iii) to relate the results obtained in the research with the theoretical contributions, mobilizing the defense of the facultieses of thinking, the applied fondness and judging to the school situation.
