Abstract

This research project aims to increase knowledge of the student, placing it in an area of research in the electricity sector, as important as how the other areas of the power sector, the area of energy efficiency applied in electrical installations. Thus, this IC design proposes a study on energy efficiency in electrical installations, with an emphasis on lighting technique. Generally, the objectives of this study are related to the understanding of relevant aspects of energy efficiency, such as its importance in the energy scenario, the current energy scenario itself, as well as current standards set by regulators, in addition to energy efficiency programs and several areas of its application. Then, specifically, a study will be made on ways and methods to improve the efficiency in electric installations with regard to lighting technique. This is a specific study on relevant aspects of lighting technique and methods for calculating luminotécnico to improve energy efficiency with respect to lighting in a rational and efficient design of electrical installations. The expected results should provide the types of light bulbs and / or fixtures, considering its powers, luminosities, efficiency, and costs, which must be selected for each case studied, respecting an index of choice these light devices. Finally, simulations are made of cases where existing software to the extent possible. In the near future, we intend to develop in language with object orientation, software that consider important aspects of lighting technique that uses one or more methods of calculating luminotécnico to promote energy efficiency in lighting technique part.
