Abstract

The proposal is conducting a pilot study based FM Radio UNESP, in which we want to check the role of internal audience in demarcation and interference in the programming of the vehicle. The intention is to discuss the integration of the different collaborators of radio and how does this reflate in relationships corporative world to reflect on the environment, in the contents and radio programs. In scenarios in which the information is one of the main assets, such as a radio broadcaster is important to reflect on how the intellectual capital of your employees can impact in speech and in messages to the listeners, especially in educational radio imprint. The Unesp FM Radio to be an issuer which does not depend on sponsorship nor of audience, since it is not maintained by advertising money, have different characteristics from commercial broadcasters. Programming is compiled from the proposals and interests of its internal audience and the relationship between them influences in the initiatives. And yet the study aims to demonstrate how the public relations professional can help an educational broadcaster to interact with social and political components of your desktop.
