Abstract

The organizations faced with a scenario of constant transformations are going to seek in the knowledge the base for their survival, since that element related to the its good addressing oportunize to that environment an action faced with the organizational market of way more dynamic and competitive. This good perform depends on like the organizations deal with the information and knowledge that are presents between his diverse sectors, therefore is necessary that aggregate value the people of constructive way to the environment. In this context, the informational culture and communication influence the construction of knowledge, being factors that consolidate the organizational environments, permitting that better strategies and actions are carried out efficiently. Seen that the behavior of the individuals be they positive or negative film strip are related to the culture and existing communication in that environment, that justify the way of thinking, act and feel regarding the mission and objectives of the organization. By that the absence of a management come back to the informational culture and communication can cause complications in the development of the own organization. Like this, to present research seeks to analyze like the culture and the communication informacional influence the construction of knowledge in business environments.
