Abstract

Because the amount of important findings obtained in Brazil through the research on venoms and toxins, scientific dissemination of these findings is necessary. In this work, we intend to produce texts for scientific dissemination of the research developed at the Laboratory of Neuromuscular Junction (LFJN) from the Department of Pharmacology from the Faculty of Medical Sciences of UNICAMP, besides their conclusions and application perspectives. At first, the resulting texts will be published on ComCiência magazine. This way, we intend to turn the LFJN into a source to the dissemination of science knowledge, besides showing the value of basic research and its innovation potential. (AU)
