Abstract

The large electro-electronic-optical and telecommunications market demand has led to an exhaustive search for new devices, leading to the development of advanced materials in form of nanostructures thin films as sources of power compact, lightweight and specially, low cost. These devices have great potential in applications such as piezoelectric, transducers, solar cells, transparent conducting oxide, sensors, mainly the current memories for: computers, smartcards and identification cards such as "ID tags". In this project, the utilization of citrate solutions polymerized with high degree of stability and chemical substitution at the A-site perovskite of type SrTiO3 by cations Fe and Ni, is applied to prepare transparent thin films on substrates monocrystalline. The electrical/resistivity/conductivity, structural and optical properties study will be evaluated according to the comparison between two different cations, Fe and Ni instead of Sr. Clearly goals are proposed to obtaining knowledge for the implementation of devices based on memories semiconductor and thin films of transparent conducting oxide, built from new high performance materials, allowing the medium to long time the sustainable diversification production of electro-electronic-optical and process development and high technology services.
