Abstract

The technological advances driven by the strong development of informatics in recent decades intensified the need to search for new devices, such as in the form of nanostructured thin films like the compact power source, lightweight and, above all, low cost, with a great potential in application as solar cells, transparent conducting oxides, sensors and specially in the current memories for computers, smartcards and identifications cards of type ID Tags, and is a strong candidate to replace the current systems that have strong limitations. In this project will be prepared samples of the system Sr1-xLaxTiO3 com x=5, 10 e 15%, using the polymeric precursor method and, from this material, produce ceramic samples and nanostructured thin films and characterize their structural, microstructural and electric properties. The structural characterization will be performed using the techniques of X-ray diffraction, Raman spectroscopy and infrared spectroscopy. The thin films will be prepared by spin-coating technique on Si, SiO2, Si/Pt and SrTiO3 (100) substrates. (AU)
