Abstract

The access to the public politics on the part of the agricultural worker who acts in the manual cut of the sugar cane of sugar in the region of Frank, SP is the focus of analysis of this research. The reach of the state proposals in the partner-economic scope and politician will be analyzed, intending itself to emphasize, in particular way, the access and abrangência of the directed public politics to the cultural leisure, seen as right to the guarantee of full development them basic citizens, also in the agricultural sphere.
