Abstract

This project aims to analyse the systemic relationship between Law and Media, using as a starting point the Luhmann's systems and communication theories. It seeks to clarify the systems theory importance regarding to modern society understanding and social phenomenons due to the irritations between Law and Media. In addition, this project intend to exhibit how Law could deal with Media's irritations.
