Abstract

The Greimassian Semiotics focused since its origin on the intelligible and discontinuous discourse contents, but it discusses currently its sensitive contents. This perspective opened a door to the enunciative depth study. In the instance of the subject of perception, the depth gives its place to the various points of view that build the discourse. This work proposes to analyze the enunciator's point of view, because it has a great relevance: every analysis or observation departs from the point of view of a subject. There are three points that will lead this investigation: (1) How will the depth build the different points of view? (2) What are the effects caused by these different points of view? (3) Who is the responsible observer for the organization of the presence field, and how it acts?Here, the object of analysis is the Clarice Lispector's novel A hora da estrela, which presents a complex enunciative construction, with many different points of view. The theoretical foundations used in our analysis are those proposed by the current Greimassian Semiotics, developed mainly by Claude Zilberberg and Jacques Fontanille. (AU)
