Abstract

The planning of the actions in health keeps sufficiently next relations with the managemental performance, over all in that if they relate to the control of the Tuberculosis (TB), that in turn must be based on the precocious detention and cure of the carriers of TB pulmonary bacilífera. This detention with priority must be guided by means of the active search of symptomatic respiratory (SSR), which if constitutes as activity of public health guided to identify precociously people with cough drawn out - symptomatic respiratory (SR) - considered with pulmonary suspicion of TB. It is configured, still as one of the basic managemental strategies for the control of the illness, since from this action new cases can precociously be detected. In such a way, this work has as objective main to analyze the planning of the actions in the SSR and diagnosis of the TB in the services of Basic Attention (BA), under the perception of the health manager. The generation of the data will be given by means of half-directed interviews to become fullfilled itself in São José do Rio Preto/SP, city considered with priority in the control of the illness. Twenty and five operating controlling in the BA will be interviewed, using themselves as inclusion criterion that the same ones have at least one year of experience in the position. The related study it is part of the Many Centers Project - Edictal MCT/CNPq/CT Saúde/MS/SCTIE/DECIT 67/2009 - Prot. 1121/2010, intitled: "Evaluation of the Effectiveness of models of management of services of health in the control of the tuberculosis in cities of the South, Southeastern and Northeast of Brazil" of the "Group of Operational Studies in Tuberculosis" (GEOTB), registered in cadastre and certifyd region in the directory of groups of the CNPq, that in turn was approved by the Committee of Ethics in Research of the School of Nursing of Ribeirão Preto/USP, under the Resolution nº 196/96 of the National Advice of Health and the Lines of direction and Norms Regulation of Research involving human beings. The research project will also be submitted to the approval of the Committee of Ethics in Research of the College of Medicine of São José do Rio Preto. (AU)
