Abstract

The objective of our research is to understand how Professors and their Graduation and Post-Graduation students of the University of São Paulo - UNESP - Franca Campus, had as their object of research the study of ethic during the period from 2000 to 2010. At the present project we inquire how ethic is being studied since we consider the ethic posture to be one of the ways we have to see as a just and egalitarian society. On the other hand, the ethic is also a way in which fellows are critics and transformers since this social project is linked to the ethical-political project of social assistants. This research was based on authors like Dupas, Barroco, Bonetti, Vasquez, Marx, Kosik, Silveira, among others. We live an epoch of nihilistic values and crisis which needs to be overcome in order that values as respect, otherness, honesty, sincerity and character be recovered by this society: in this sense ethic may give its contribution as a reflexive science of the moral. To tell about ethic in this epoch of capital is asseverate that we fight for human dignity, for the absolute realization of fellow citizenship and this is what we intend to provoke in the students and in the research persons.
